Can I cancel anytime or am I locked in?
If you have a monthly membership with us you can cancel anytime. Just remember to cancel towards the end of the month to make sure you get most use of that months value, as the membership will be cut off immediately upon cancellation.

Yearly memberships can only be cancelled towards the end of the year. In case you wish to cancel, please ensure to do so towards the end of your year commitment so you don’t lose the value of the months you have remaining in your membership as your yearly membership will be cut off immediately upon cancellation.
